Rates

First hour: $125/hr. All subsequent hours: $100/hr, billed at 15-minute increments.

If I cannot guarantee a positive diagnosis at the completion of testing, there will be No charges incurred. All diagnoses come with a money-back guarantee. I will buy back any suggested parts installed at your cost. Parts invoice must be presented at time of refund.

If the vehicle is not exhibiting the stated intermittent problem during the time of the service visit, a $60/half hour charge will be assessed. This charge will be credited toward any subsequent visits for the same problem.

A two-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments, or a $50 charge will be incurred.

Mileage charges apply at $2/mile for distances over 25 miles.

For most applications, programming or re-flashing costs $150 per controller or module. Ask for prices.
